FRED ROSINSKY (d. 1945)

Death claimed Frederick Rosinsky, 86, early today at the Holy Family hospital
after a lingering illness. The deceased had been making his home with a son,
Gordon, at 925 S. 18th street.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Pfeffer funeral home where the body
will lie in state from 10 a.m. Sunday. The Rev. R. B. Walden, pastor of the St.
Paul Ev. Lutheran church, will conduct the service. Interment will be in
Evergreen cemetery.
Born September 13, 1858, in Germany, Mr. Rosinsky when a youth came to America
settling in Manitowoc. For years he was employed at the Spindler Coal company,
retiring 20 years ago.
Fifty-five years ago he and the former Jannie (sic) Singer were united in marriage
and she preceded him in death 28 years ago.
The survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Wenzel Lishka, six sons, Orson, Henry, Gordon,
Palmer and Edward, all of Manitowoc, and Fred of Racine, 16 grandchildren and three
great-grandchildren.
