CHARLES ROSE

Charles Rose, 60, of 1302 Waldo boulevard, died Sunday morning at his home,
following a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 8:30 a.m., from the Wattawa, Urbanek
and Schlei funeral home and at nine o’clock from the Holy Innocents church,
the Rev. R. A. Radey officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.
Mr. Rose was born in Flint, Mich., in 1882 and in 1905 married Miss Anna Panoch
of Kellnersville at Menominee, Mich. They lived at Marinette a year and then
moved to Two Rivers, where they made their home for 15 years coming to this city,
where they have resided the past 22 years.
He was employed for a number of years with the Schlei dray line and in recent
years has been custodian at the Holy Innocents church. He was a member of the
Holy Name Society and the Catholic Order of Foresters.
Survivors are the widow and a sister, Mrs. Louis Rothstein of Milwaukee.
The rosary will be recited tonight at nine o’clock at the funeral home, where
the body may be viewed until the hour of services.
