Claire J. Robb, 77, a resident of St. Mary Home, Manitowoc, died Wednesday
at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Saturday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and at
9:30 a.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Very Rev. Msgr.
Alfred Schneider will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery,
Manitowoc.
Mr. Robb was born Jan. 13, 1892, at Kewanee, Ill., son of the late S. E. and
Caroline Andersen Robb, and married Julia K. Kuchera of Manitowoc, Oct. 19,
1920, at Wausau. The couple lived at San Mateo, Calif., where he was district
manager of Campbell Sales Co. until retirement in 1957, and moved to Manitowoc
in 1967. He was a veteran of World War I, having served as a sergeant in the
medical corps.
Survivors include the wife, a sister, Mrs. Lalla Wedge, of Kewanee, and a brother,
Edward E., of Tucson, Ariz.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Friday where at 7 p.m. wake
services will be conducted.
