of the canning plant in Two Rivers from 1911 until its close a number of years
ago, died shortly before noon today at the Municipal hospital.

home, the Rev. T. A. Hawkes, pastor of Grace Congregational church, officiating.

close of the Two Rivers plant worked in the company’s plants at Manitowoc and
Sheboygan. He retired in January, 1935.
Charles Rindt was born in Chillicothe, Ohio, on July 5, 1862. In 1901 he married
Miss Helen Franklin, who survives with four children, two sisters, and two grand-
children. The children are Mrs. Wanda Duket of this city, Mrs. Audrey Thorpe of
Green Bay, Charles Jr., of Rhinelander, and Roger of Milwaukee. Mrs. Elizabeth
