Miss Addie Prochazka, former Manitowoc schoolteacher, died Sunday morning at
the Holy Family hospital after a six weeks illness. She had resided at 836
North Ninth street.
She was born in Reedsville and came to Manitowoc with her parents when a child.
Graduating from local schools and from the University of Wisconsin, she taught
at the Madison school on the north side and the old north side high school.
Surviving is a sister, Clara of Manitowoc. Funeral services will be held at 2
p.m. Wednesday at the Urbanek and Schlei funeral home with the Rev. F. C. St.
Clair officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen cemetery.
The body may be viewed at the funeral home from 3 o'clock Tuesday afternoon
until time of service.
