JOHN F. POLLEN

John F. Pollen, 63, of 1419 S. 2nd St., Manitowoc, died Monday at
his residence.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m., Wednesday at Pfeffer Funeral
Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. George J. Knudson will oficiate and
burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Pollen was born Aug. 17, 1903, at Manitowoc, son of the late
Frank and Katherine Mrotek Pollen. He married Helen Vetting
May 29, 1933, at Waukegan, Ill. He was an electrician for the
Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad for 15 years and prior to that worked
at the same trade at Manitowoc Shipbuilding Inc. He was a member
of the Electricians Local at Ludington.
Survivors are the wife, a daughter, (private); five brothers,
Charles, William, Albert, Phillip and Frank of Manitowoc; a sister,
Mrs. Raymond Koch of Manitowoc and two granddaughters.
Two sisters preceded him in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 o'clock this Tuesday
evening.
