ALBERT A. PEKARSKE

Dr. A.A. Pekarske, 62, former Manitowoc resident who practiced dentistry in the city for many years, died Saturday at Touro Infirmary, New Orleans, La. He left Manitowoc in 1952. Private funeral services will be at 10 am Saturday in Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. Alfred Pritzl will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Dr. Pekarske was born in the Town of Newton, son of the late Andrew and Susan Leschke Pekarske September 4, 1897. Following graduation from dental school, he maintained a dental office at Manitowoc until moving to New Orleans. He married Olive Kadow, who died May 15, 1940 and he married Mathilda Aumann in 1941 who survives him along with two daughters, Mrs. John Schuette of Manitowoc and Mrs. Floyd Leve of Madison; two sisters, Mrs. Jacob Zych of Manitowoc and Mrs. Anna Haller of Fremont, Nebraska and five grandchildren. A daughter preceded him in death.

Congregation At Northeim (Newton) Wisconsin 1868 - 1943"

Born Sept. 4, 1897, at Northeim, he attended local school District No. 6,
and graduated from Manitowoc high school in 1915.
He entered the school of dentistry at Northwestern University from which
he graduated in 1918.
Dr. Pekarske established his practice at Manitowoc and has been in this
business for the last 26 years.
