Peitersen, age 72, of 1510 New York Ave., Manitowoc, died Monday, December 28, 1992, at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Manitowoc.Funeral Services will be 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 31, 1992, from the Immanuel Lutheran Church. The Rev. Glenn Unke will officiate, with burial at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.She was born November 2, 1920, in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Robert and Emma Schultz Dickert. She attended schools in Manitowoc. She married Christian Peitersen on March 20, 1939, in Manitowoc. The couple resided here since. She was employed at Dunnings Grocery Store for 24 years, from 1947-1971. In 1971 she was then employed at Brey's Supermarket as a cashier, until her retirement in 1991. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Kent and Mary Ann Peitersen, Manitowoc; two special grandson, Wade and Brette Peitersen, Manitowoc; four sisters and two brothers-in-law, Violette and Paul Behnke, Brillion, Hilda Wuellner, Manitowoc, Elsie and Arthur Naidl, Manitowoc, Clara Swetlik, Francis Creek; a sister-in-law, Edith Dieckert, Green Bay; nieces and nephews.
