HEART ATTACK IS FATAL FOR YOUNG FARMER
Retires For Rest During Day and Is Found Dead By Mother When She Goes To Call Him
An attack of heart failure which he suffered while he was resting in his bed
at the family homestead Monday morning took the life of Louis A. Pech, well-
known young county farmer who made his home with his widowed mother, Mrs. Anna Pech in the town of Gibson. News of his death proved a decided shock to members of his family as the young man had not complained of feeling ill and had been about as usual the night before and earlier in the morning.
On Sunday night he had attended a dance in the vicinity and was in his usual good spirits when he awoke the following morning. He made the trip to the creamery at 7 o'clock but at about 9:30 o'clock said that he was a bit tired and decided to take a nap. He retired to his room and when his mother went to call him at noon she found the dead body.
Native of County Born in the town of Gibson on February 5, 1908, he would have been 22 years of age a week from tomorrow. His entire life was spent in the township where he took up farming after attending the schools of the vicinity. In addition to his widowed mother, Mrs. Anton Pech, he is survived by a brother, William at Gibson and two sisters, Mrs. William Spivachek, Manitowoc and Mrs. Adolph Polivka, Polivka's Corners. His father died on September 14, 1927.
Funeral services will be held from the family home in Gibson on Thursday afternoon at 1 o'clock with services in charge of the Rev. Frank Ju__k of the Presbyterian church of Melnik. Interment will take place at Evergreen cemetery in this city.
