MARY PAUTZ

Mrs. Henry Pautz, 78, who has made her home at Shady Lane, Manitowoc, for about a
year since the death of her husband, died unexpectedly Thursday morning following
a heart attack.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home,
Manitowoc. The Rev. Gervase Zanotti will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen
Cemetery.
She was born Mary Sykora in the Town of Kossuth Nov. 18, 1886, daughter of the late
Joseph and Mary Kalcik Sykora. She was married to Emil Pech in 1906. He died Oct. 13,
1942. In 1944, she was married to Mr. Pautz and when he died in 1963 she moved to
Shady Lane.
Surviving are a son, Quirin Pech, of Manitowoc; three sisters Mrs. Emma Burnhart,
Mrs. Blanche Steeber and Mrs. Ella Anderson, of Milwaukee and a brother, Joseph of
Milwaukee; a grandson and a great granddaughter. A son, three brothers and a sister
preceded her in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Friday.
