Mrs. Walter (Janet) Panosh, age 60, of 1504 Memorial Drive, Manitowoc, died
unexpectedly early Tuesday morning, May 10, 1994, at Holy Family Memorial
Medical Center, Manitowoc.
Funeral Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home.
Officiating will be Rev. David Ruby. Burial will be in Evergreen Cementery (sic),
Manitowoc.
She was born July 5, 1933, in Osman, Wis., daughter of Margaret Roach Kretsch
Drill and the late Albert Kretsch. She was a graduate of Lincoln High School in
1951. She married Walter Panosh June 28, 1953, at Dubuque, Iowa.
Survivors include her husband, Walter; three sons and two daughters-in-law,
Walter, Jr. and Cindy Panosh, Two Rivers, Larry and Jeanne Panosh, Manitowoc,
Myles Panosh and special friend, Sue Bouril, Manitowoc; her mother, Margaret
Drill, Manitowoc; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Patrick and Elizabeth
Kretsch, Manitowoc, Dennis Drill, Manitowoc; two sisters and one brother-in-law,
Margaret Roe, Snowmass, Colo., Debrah and Brian Lorge, Manitowoc; six
grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.
Friends may call at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 5-8 p.m.
on Thursday and on Friday from 9 a.m. until the time of service at 11.
Janet was a very special and loving wife, mother, daughter and sister. As a
grandmother, she was wonderfully loving and a lot of fun. She will be deeply
missed by all of us.
