ANITA V. (KASSNER) LARSON

Anita V. (Kassner) Larson, age 88, of Shady Lane Nursing Care Center,
Manitowoc, formerly of 1512 Reed Ave. Manitowoc, entered eternal life
Easter Sunday morning, April 8, 2007, at St. Vincent Hospital, Green
Bay.
Anita was born March 16, 1919 in California. She was the daughter of
the late John and Elsie Burkart Kassner. She was a graduate of Lincoln
High School with the class of 1937. Anita had been employed locally
with various pharmacies and medical supply companies. On April 12, 1941,
she was married to Donald W. Larson at Gjerpen Lutheran Church, Cato.
He preceded her in death on July 28, 1990. Anita was a member of St. Paul
Evangelical Lutheran Church, past state president of the VFW Auxiliary,
and life member of the VFW Otto Oas Post 88 Auxiliary.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald, in 1990; two grand-
children; three brothers and one sister.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 12, 2007, at
St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2601 S. 10th St., Manitowoc.
Officiating will be the Rev. Brian Staude, with burial to follow at
Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Relatives and friends may call at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home on
Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. and then at St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran
Church on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m.
The Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home and Cremation Center, North 11th and
St. Clair streets, Manitowoc, is assisting the family with funeral
arrangements.
