died Monday morning, April 2, 2001 at Holy Family Memorial Medical Center,
Manitowoc. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart
Catholic Church. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. David
Hoffman. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
She was born July 19, 1924 in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, daughter of the late
Alvin J. and Anna M. Kohlbeck Holly. She graduated from Lincoln High School
with the class of 1942. She had been employed as a secretary at Roncalli High
School and then later as a secretary at the University of Wisconsin in Manitowoc
until she retired in 1977. She married Nicklaus Lambries in 1992 in Manitowoc,
Wisconsin. He preceded her in death in 1999. She was a member of Sacred Heart
Catholic Church.
Survivors include two children, Cindi (Jerry) Surprenant, Wofford Heights,
California and David (Janis) Holly, New Berlin, Wisconsin, six grandchildren,
Michael Piron, Holly Piron and Albert Surprenant and Allison Bryan and Erin Holly.
She is further survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Joan and Donald Tosten,
Tennessee and special friend Cissie Wright, England along with other relatives
and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Nicklaus
Lambries in 1999.
Friends may call at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Thursday from 10 a.m. until
the time of services at 11 a.m.
