ROSE A. LADE (d. 1951)

Mrs. Edwin Lade, 46, of 1223 Grand Avenue, Manitowoc, died Sunday evening at her
home following a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the St. John Ev. church,
Manitowoc, the Rev. Paul Blaufuss officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen
cemetery.
Mrs. Lade, nee Rose Boretsky, was born in Two Rivers in 1905 and following her
marriage to Edwin Lade in 1927, the couple moved to Manitowoc.
Survivors are the husband; two sons, Richard and Edwin at home; mother, Mrs.
Antonia Boretsky of Two Rivers; three brothers, Edward of Two Rivers; Otto L. of
Luxemburg and Benjamin of Milwaukee; two sisters, Mrs. Fred Zuercher of Chicago
and Mrs. James Smejkal of Two Rivers.
Mrs Lade was a former member of the Ladies Aid society of the St. John church.
Friends may call at the Pfeffer funeral home after 2 p.m. Tuesdy until 10 a.m.
Wednesday when the body will be moved to the church to lie in state until the
time of services.
