DEATH COMES THIS MORNING
Mrs. George Kluenker To Be Buried On Friday
Mrs. George Kluenker, 37, Manitowoc route 5, died this morning in
this city.
Funeral services will be held Friday from the home at 1:15 p.m. and
at 2 o'clock from the Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran church with the
Rev. T.F. Uetzmann officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen.
Mrs. Kluenker, nee Amanda Sampe, was born in the town of Manitowoc
Rapids on July 3, 1897, and was a life-long resident of that township.
She was married to George Kluenker on Feb. 7, 1921.
Survivors are the widower; one son, (private); three sisters, Mrs.
Harvey Carstens, Manitowoc route 5, Malinda Sampe, city, and Erna
Sampe, city; her 94 year-old grandfather, Fred Sampe.
The remains will be taken to the home tomorrow aftrenoon (sic) from
the Wattawa, Urbanek and Schlei funeral home.
