GEORGE HOTHERSALL (d. 1862)
In Probate.-State of Wisconsin, Manitowoc County, ss.
In the matter of the estate of George Hothersal(sic), deceased.
ON reading and filing the petition of Ellen Hothersal, of the town of Kossuth
in the county of Manitowoc and State of Wisconsin, representing among other things,
that George Hothersal late of the town of Kossuth in the county of Manitowoc, State
of Wisconsin, on the 27th day of May, 1860 (sic), at his residence in said town of
Kossuth died intestate, leaving goods, chattels and estate within this county, and
that she the petitioner is the widow of said deceased, and praying that administration
of said estate be to her granted. It is ordered, that said application be heard before
me, at my office, in the village of Manitowoc, on the 13th day of March, A.D. 1865, at
10 o'clock A.M. And it is further ordered, that notice of said application and hearing
be given by publishing a copy of this order for three successive weeks, once in each
week, in the Manitowoc Pilot, a newspaper printed in said county, prior to said hearing.
