BERNARD A. GLAESER

Bernard A. Glaeser, 57, of 3828 MacArthur Dr., Manitowoc, died Tuesday at Greater
Niagara General Hospital at Niagara Falls, Canada, after suffering a coronary
attack six days ago while on vacation with his wife in Ontario.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Redeemer Lutheran Church, Manitowoc,
the Rev. B.C. Gumz officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mr. Glaeser was born March 28, 1908, in the Town of Liberty, son of the late Herman
and Mathilda Kattre Glaeser. He married Agnes R. Heil Oct. 11, 1930, at Manitowoc.
For the last six years he had been a cabinet maker at Burger Boat Co. Inc., Manitowoc,
and previously the couple had operated the Glaeser Country Auto Court at Manitowoc.
He was a charter member of Redeemer Lutheran Church and a member of Carpenters Local
849.
Besides the wife, he is survived by two sons, a daughter (private)), two brothers,
Edgar and Leonard, two sisters, Mrs. Carl Huebner and Mrs. Myron Haupt, of Manitowoc
and six grandchildren. Three sisters and a brother preceded him in death.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, after 3 p.m. Friday until noon
Saturday and then at the church.
