Ray O. Croffoot, 66, of 1717 East Newton Ave., Milwaukee, died Saturday night
at St. Mary Hospital in that city.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Frazier Mortuary,
Manitowoc. The Rev. Gervase Zanotti will officiate and burial will be in
Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
He was born at Hanover, Ill., in 1889 and on April 24, 1916 married Miss Nell
Kratz in Manitowoc. They located in Milwaukee 25 years ago. For the past 15
years he has been a salesman for the Rice-Stix Co. of St. Louis.
Surviving are his wife, a daughter, Mrs. Ellen Gooding of Eau Claire; and two
grandchildren.
The casket will arrive from Milwaukee Tuesday noon and friends may call at the
mortuary until the hour of services.
