Kenneth was a 1979 graduate of Pocono Central Catholic High School and was a lifelong resident of Monroe County.
He was employed as a machinist for J. A. Reinhardt Co. of Mountainhome for 33 years.
In addition to his mother, L. Sandra (Moscoe) Jumper Williams, and her husband, Donald, of Davenport, Fla., he is survived by two siblings, Shirley Ricklefs and her husband, Phil, of Skaneateles, N.Y.; and Kyle Jumper of Mount Pocono; and four nephews, Chris Jumper, Kyle Dunlap, Tyler Dunlap and Jonathan Ricklefs.
He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Jumper; a brother, Kevin Jumper; a sister, Shelley Jumper; and his grandparents, Joseph and Julia Moscoe, and Rachael McClusky.
