Mrs. Huggins was born in Darlington County, a daughter of the late Clarence B. and Sue Knotts Windham. She was a devoted wife, loving mother and avid gardener. She attended Faith Free Will Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Coley Huggins of Darlington, three daughters, Mrs. Arty James (Renee) Harrell of Ontario, Canada, Mrs. William (Christy) Tuck of Columbia and Mrs. Jeffrey (Alison) Brooks of Florence; two grandchildren, Tyler and Cole Harrell; two sisters, Ms. Rudell Webb and Mrs. Maddie Lee Hodges, both of Darlington; and one brother, Franklin "Bud" Windham of Lamar.
