After a brief illness of diptheria, Mrs. Frank Aldridge, a former Wellston resident, died Thursday at her home in Jackson. She was supposed to be suffering from quincy and tonsilitis until a few hours before her death, which was quite unexpected. Mrs. Aldridge will be better remembered here as Nellie Adams, the only child of Mr. and Mrs. Ed[ward and Sarah Ritchie] Adams. The family moved to Jackson from here about 12 years ago. Mrs. Aldridge was thirty five years old and is survived by her parents, who live in Jackson, her husband and two children, one thirteen and the other three. The funeral, which from the nature of the disease, was private and held Saturday afternoon.
