Mrs. Zedora F Norman has a CSA pension app on line in the GA archives virtual vault. She gives proof of marriage as Zedora F Roebuck to Peyton S. Norman on Sept 13, 1859 in Hart County, GA. She says he enlisted in May 1862 and served with Company G of the 15th GA regiment. He was captured at the Second Battle of Manassas, VA and was a POW in prison at Pt. Lookout, Md at the end of the war.
