Miss Frances Elizabeth Wallis, 82, of Owensville died Thursday at a hospital here. She was a Baptist. Survivors include a brother, A. C. Wallis of California, and two sisters, Mrs. Donnie Moss of Siloam Springs and Mrs. Verda Grisel of California. Funeral services were Saturday at the Owensville Baptist church.
