MAYFIELD, Ky. -- Services for Gerald H. Bell, 90, of Mayfield will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Byrn Funeral Home with Amos Allen officiating. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery.
Mr. Bell died at 2:28 a.m. Friday at Heritage Manor.
A U.S. Army veteran of World War II, he attended Farmington Church of Christ and was a member of the Mayfield Chapter of Disabled American Veterans. Mr. Bell was a retired farmer and carpenter.
Surviving are his wife, Hilda Bell; two sons, Jerry Bell of Mayfield and Will Bell of Cuba; one daughter, Debra James of Mayfield; one brother, Boyce Bell of Mayfield; one sister, Mary Lee Herring of Mayfield; and five grandchildren.
His parents were Boyd Shirley and Oma Sutton Bell.
