Isaac W. Anderson

Isaac W. Anderson, 72, a resident of 1332 Astor Court in Woodburn Senior Estates for three years, died Friday, March 8, in a Portland nursing home after a long illness.
A native of Missouri, he moved to Woodburn from Portland.

He was a retired employee of Pacific Northwest Bell Telephone company. He belonged to Oregon Telephone Pioneers, Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion in Woodburn. He was also a veteran of World War I.
Surviving are the widow Anna; sons, Dr. Robert L. and Wade, both of Portland; daughter, Mrs. Laura C. Ebert in Wisconsin; brothers, Nicholas of Portland and William of Troutdale; and 11 grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Monday, March 11, in the Ringo-Cornwell Funereal Chapel. Interment was in the Lincoln Memorial Park in Portland. The family suggest memorials to the University of Oregon Medical Research Center in Portland.
