Joseph Cunningham Dies at Miami Farm: PERU - Joseph M. (Lefty) Cunningham, 63, of 48 York St., died of an apparent heart attack at 3 p.m. Saturday. He had been working at his farm on Egypt Hill Rd. and was stricken in a field. He had been in poor health for six years. Born Oct. 11, 1902, in Whitley county, Ind., he was the son of John and Sarah E. Bonebraker Cunningham. He married Juanita Clelland 1948 and she survives. Also surviving is a son, Jack Cunningham of Peru; two sisters, Mrs. Herbert Johnson and Mrs. Ebert Robbins, both of Peru; and two grandchildren. One brother preceded him in death. He was employed here as a machinist at H. A. Thrush Co. He was a member o£ Peru Brethren Church and a veteran of World War II. Drake-Flowers Funeral Home in charge.
