Sister Frances Amelia Morgan Brockbank, age 91, passed away at Pioneer Manor nursing home in Hay Springs, NE on June 28, 2012.

She was born on March 30, 1921 in Ennis, Texas, the first child of Harry Ofus Morgan and Shellie Essie Hamilton Morgan. She grew up in Houston, TX in the happy company of her only sibling, brother Harry.

She married and had four children whom she reared in Eagle Pass, TX. She was baptized into the LDS Church on October 11, 1965. She married Elder Bernard Park Brockbank, General Authority of the LDS Church, on April 19, 1968 in the Salt Lake Temple.

Sister Brockbank was preceded in death by her husband, Elder Bernard Park Brockbank, son Roderick R. Brockbank, brother Harry Morgan, daughter Patricia Ann Brockbank (presumed deceased), and sons Loren Brockbank, Bernard Park Brockbank, Jr., and Roger Brockbank.

Survivors include daughter Dr. Linda R. Brockbank, Diane (Garth Sweeten), Von (Becky) Brockbank, Bruce (Jeanne) Brockbank, Michael R. Brockbank, and daughters-in-law Rosalind (Jim Mayfield), Joan (Ron Startin) and Leda Brockbank (Roger), and 200 grand children, great-grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.

Funeral services and interment will be held at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park in Holladay, Utah on Thursday July 5th at 11:00 a.m. family and friends will meet at Wasatch Lawn Memorial at 10:00 am on July 5th prior to services.
