Another Old Citizen Gone
Mr. Owen Scarff an old and respected citizen of Madison, died last evening at his home on East street, in the 55th year of his age.
Deceased was stricken with paralysis about twelve days ago and up to the time of his death had not regained consciousness. He was a leading republican in this city, and has been for years associated with his brother, Mr. Theodore Scarff, in the painting business. He leaves a wife and family.
The funeral will occur tomorrow morning. Interment in Springdale Cemetery.
