Mrs. Winberg was born Jan. 26, 1924, to Cyrus and Hattie Holeman at Maple Hill, Kan. She married Tony Winberg in Topeka, Kan., in 1942. They farmed in the Weldona and Goodrich area from 1945 to 1957. Mrs. Winberg was a creator and designer of many cakes for weddings, anniversaries and other celebrations before she became ill. She served as an officer for POMC (Parents of Murdered Children).
She is survived by her husband, Tony, and two sons, William and Randy.
Mrs. Winberg was preceded in death by a son, Tony Allen, and a daughter, Karla Rinee'.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd. in Denver. Burial will be held at the Crown Hill Cemetery in Denver.
