Feb 11, 1811, David Preece/Priest now living on Little Brush Creek, son Daniel Preece 50 acres out of tract I now live on to begin on the creek and to run up the creek and with the fence of the Plantation on which I live; to include the cabin on which he now lives; son James Preece, land on which he now lives being a part of the tract I now live on, laying on the South side of the creek and bounded by Mr. Nath'l Owens and Mr. James Money's lines, being the land my son Jonas purchased of me and has no obligation on me for the same/ wife Anna Preece use and profits of the Plantation which I now live together with one-third of the balance of my estate during her natural life. At the time of her death, the Plantation and rest of land goes to my youngest daughter: Livicey Preece; Remainder of the estate to be equally divided among the rest of my children: Elenor Scott, William Powell Preece, Jonas Preece, Mary Pepper, Precilla Perry, Lyddia Money, Daniel Preece, Susannah Meers, John Preece and Livicey Preece. Witnesses: Elias Barbee, James Money, Zachariah Nance, Proven this 25 March 1811.
