Mrs. Mathias Ulman, Mother of Decatur Persons, Dies in Moline, ILL.
Mrs. Mathias Ulman, 85 former resident of Decatur and Adams county, Indiana, died Thursday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Catherine (Oscar E. Sparling), in Moline, Illinois, according to word received in this city (Decatur, In.) by Mrs. Ulman's son, Ed (Jacob E.) Ulman and her daughter, Mrs. Mary E. (Fred Steigmeyer). Infirmities were given as the cause of her death.
Mrs. Ulman and her husband, who died four years ago, lived in Adams county and Decatur several years ago, moving from Decatur, In. to Moline Ill. about 24 yeas ago. Mrs Ulman is survived by eight children, namely, Ed (Jacob E.) Ulman, and Mrs. Mary E. (Fred Steigmeyer) of this city (Decatur, In.) Mrs. Catherine (Oscar E. Sparling), Mrs. Ida(Persey B. Hill), Charles Ulman, and Perry J. Ulman all of Moline, Ill.; Mrs. Rena (Lewis G. Smith) and Mrs. Elmore Orendorf, Of Davenport, Iowa.
Funeral servies will be held in Moline, probably Saturday, and burial will be made in that city
