Funeral services for Mrs. Ida M. Haxel, 83, who died Saturday evening at her home in Monett, will be at 1o a.m. Tuesday in the Buchanan Chapel in Monett with the Rev. Joseph Lemen officiating. Graveside rites will be conducted at 3 p.m. at Elmwood Cemetery, Chanute, Kan.
A resident of Monett for more than 50 years, Mrs. Haxel was a member of First Presbyterian Church and the Rebekah Lodge.
She is survived by two sons, John, Monett, and Harold, Neosho; a step-son, Frank Haxel, Chicago and a grandchild.
