Mrs. Clark is survived by her husband, R. S. Clark; two daughters, Mrs. J. W. Poe, Birmingham, Ala., and Mrs. E. W. Counts Jr., Fort Worth, Tex.; two brothers, T. M. Cheek, Winnsboro and A. B. Cheek, El Paso, Tex.; two sisters, Mrs. R. J. Smith, Tallulah, and Mrs. W. M. Hathern, Le Compte, La.; a number of nephews and nieces and six grandchildren.
