EDWARD G. CARLSON
Edward G. Carl[s]on, 55, of 9 Fales St., died Sunday [5 May 1968] at St. Francis Hospital. Born in Hartford, he lived here all his life. He was employed for the past 30 years with Royal McBee of Hartford, and was a member of the Emanuel Lutheran Church. He leaves his wife Mrs. Lois Jorgensen Carlson; a son, Jon E. Carlson of Cambridge; three brothers, Carl Carlson of East Hartford, Walter Carlson of Miami, Fla., and Raymond Carlson of Granby; three sisters, Mrs. Gerda Johnson and Mrs. Ruth Paquette, both of Hartford, and Mrs. Helen Sandalo of West Hartford. The funeral will be Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at the Taylor and Modeen Funeral Home, 136 South Main St., West Hartford, with the Rev. Stanley Sandberg, D.D. officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Memorial Park, Rocky Hill. Friends may call at the funeral home today from 7 to 9 p.m. Donations may be made to the Emanuel Lutheran Church Memorial Fund.
