Died Thursday, May 2, 1991, in Muskogee, Okla. He was 70, a native of Oklahoma and a resident of Baton Rouge. He was a retired city manager in Oklahoma, part owner of 4B Plastics Inc., Baton Rouge, and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday, and 10 a.m. to 1:40 p.m. Monday. Religious services at Park Forest Baptist Church, at 2 p.m. Monday, conducted by the Rev. Marvin Collins and the Rev. Tim Turner. Burial in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Survived by wife, Ruth Baker; a daughter, Becky Colello; two sons, Carl and Tarvis Baker, all of Baton Rouge; two sisters, Doris Townsend, Durant, Okla., and Nadine England, Houston, Texas; four brothers, D.C. Baker, Houston, J.H. and B.J. Baker, both of Calera, Olka., and F.E. Baker, Texarkana, Texas; and eight grandchildren.
