Born May 17, 1910, a daughter of the late George Marvin and Ollie Mae Reynolds, she was a member of the Jacksonville Business & Professional Women and was named the club's 1998 Woman of the Year. She was a member of the NCO club and the North Jacksonville Church of Christ.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Hooper; two brothers, George Marvin Reynolds Jr. and Robert Reynolds; and a sister, Faber Woodruff.
Survivors are a daughter, JoAnn Walters of Sherwood; three sisters, Josie Dee McClain of Conway, Betty Acruman of Fordyce and Marvine Ely of Fort Worth, Texas; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. today at North Jacksonville Church of Christ with LeRoy Wood officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Conway.
