Brandon Gail Wiggins was born September 16, 1981 in Cadillac to Jon and Cindy Wiggins. Brandon departed this life July 18, 2010.
After graduation from Cadillac Senior High School in 2000, Brandon attended Ferris State and Michigan State Universities, obtaining a horticulture degree.
Brandon lived in the Cadillac area most of his life. He grew up helping with the family Christmas tree business, eventually opening his own company, Northern Irrigation and Landscape.
Brandon enjoyed the great outdoors and truly enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and snowmobiling. He also loved spending time with his young niece and nephews.
Brandon was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gail and Muriel Wiggins; grandmother, Geraldine Dahlquist; special grandfather, Robert Horne; his sister, Mandy Mae Wiggins in 1985; and also his uncles, Dennis, Harold and Robert Wiggins.
Brandon will be greatly missed by his parents; brother, Corey (Heather); sister, Kerri (Shay) Roby; and brother, Travis. He is also survived by his grandfather, Arvid Dahlquist and special grandmother: Virgy Horne. Jonathan, Christopher and Elizabeth Wiggins will also sadly miss their Uncle Brandon. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be Friday, July 23, 2010 at 11 a.m. at St. Ann Catholic Church in Cadillac with Rev. Frank Murphy officiating. Visitation will be at the Young Funeral Home Thursday, July 22, from 1 to 3 p.m. and 5 to 8 p.m., with a Vigil Prayer Service at 7 p.m.
