At the Brown Family Cemetery on Hurricane Creek there is a stone of Percy Brown Feb 22, 1904=Mar 26, 1906... There are 6 other inscribed tombstones: 1. Aunt Nannie Brown 1907 2. Frank W. & Elizabeth Brown 3. Raymond Fletcher Brown "Craftsman" Dec 24, 1900-Apr 11, 1983 4. Juanita Brown Downs Apr 24,1917-Oct 7, 2003 5. Rufus Edgar Downs Feb 6, 1914-Jun 8, 1979 and 6. MMAE on a stone. There is also a remarkable millwheel in the cemetery. I was there in the late 1980's or early 1990's when the cabin/house was still there and the family used it often.
