IRVIN J. CRAFT DIES WEDNESDAY:
Irvin James Craft, 80, of Noctor, Ky., died at 9pm Wednesday at Middletown Hospital following a four-week illness that developed while he was visiting members of his family in this vicinity.
He is survived by five sons. Roy, Franklin, Rt.1, Alex, Weisburg, Ind., Boyd, Noctor, Ky., and Ledford, New York City; four daughters, Mrs. Maggie Miller, Middletown, Mrs. Eva Hounshell, Noctor, Ky., and Mrs. Mattie Barnette, San Diego, Calif., and Mrs. Annie Davies of New Mexico; three brothers, and several half-brothers, and four half-sisters, Mrs. Ollie Burnett, Miss Della Craft, Mrs. Dora Barnett and Mrs. Cordie May Blair, all of Middletown.
Friends will be received at the McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home after 4pm Thursday, and the body will be returned to Noctor, Ky., early Saturday morning for final rites and burial there.
