Mathematics Lecturer, liked and admired by administration, faculty and students:

"He will explain in a very clear and detailed manner. He is willing to answer your questions without hesitation. He makes sure the whole class understands as he is moving along the chapters. He is patient, fair, and an awesome Math teacher I feel fortunate to have a teacher with these qualities!" (San Antonio College student evaluation, 5/12/05)

"I have never been good at math, but this professor is AWESOME! His patience is remarkable. You can tell that he actually cares, and he is a really cool guy, seems like somone you would like to know. He has to be one of the VERY BEST professors in the math department." (San Antonio College student evaluation, 10/16/05)

"This was the first math class I had taken in years. It was the only math class I had ever learned anything in. The very best math teacher ever!!" (San Antonio College student evaluation, 11/22/05)

"He is very nice and always helps when we need it if we are confused or unsure. He will do his best to make sure we know the material. Very good math teacher, best I've had in my life because he is so helpful and clear." (Northwest Vista College, San Antonio, student evaluation, 2011)

Published Poet whose "words want to give the impression that they are simple and straight forward, but they in fact hold a deeper meaning for the reader who is willing to take the time to read between the lines." (Unlikelystories.org, 2004)

He is sorely missed by those he has left behind.
