A well known farmer and retired stockman of the Bolivar community, Joseph Montgomery (Uncle Joe) Callaway, who was 100 years old Aug. 15, died Sunday afternoon in a nursing home near here following a brief illness.
Mr. Callaway is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Earl C. Wilson and Mrs. Carl McCrory; and a brother, Walter.
