JOSEPH SAMPLE
Joseph Burl Sample, 69, of 861 N. Summit St., Collinsville, died Thursday in an Alton hospital.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p. m. in the Herbert A. Kassly Funeral Home, Collinsville, where friends may call after 7 p. m. Saturday.
Survivors include his wife Ruby Turner Sample; two daughters Mrs. Clifford (Norma) Heilig of Caseyville and Mrs. Virginia Garcia of Ciocero; a son Ernest W, of St. Louis; two sisters Mrs. Raymond (Anna Mae) Moore of St. Louis and Mrs. Cleo (Fern) Johns of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; and a brother Raymond of Cape Girardeau.
He was a retired employe of the Roadway Express Co., St Louis.
