As an over- the- road truck driver, John was employed at several trucking companies including SpeeCo and until retirement, NW. He was an honorary retired member of Teamsters Local 17.
John served in the US Army and was honorably discharged, December 31st 1962. He married his sweetheart, Ruth Ann on January 21st, 1956 and had three daughters Unetta, Vickie and Debra. Born and raised in Missouri, John and Ruth moved to Colorado 1961 and raised their three girls in Aurora.
John was the oldest of his siblings. Preceded in death by, Mary Greenwell, Raymond Doyle, Jean Carline, Carl Doyle. Surviving siblings include Dollie Greenwell, Margaret Haley and Doris Ellis.
John loved to get out and see what the US had to offer, he liked to fish, he enjoyed country music, trains and farm tractors, most of all he loved and enjoyed his family.
He will be missed by all~
