Carrie Mae Blair, 86, 7735 Hwy 55 South, Glensfork, KY, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, April 14, 2004, at her home.
The funeral service will be Friday, April 16, 2004, at 10:00 a.m., at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, Columbia, KY, with Vernon Blakey officiating.
She was the daughter of the late Robert E. Lee Blair and Martha Craney "Mattie" Sparks Blair of Adair County, KY.
She is survived by one brother-in-law, Garvis Grant, Glensfork, KY, and by her cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Meda Antle and Alta Grant.
Mrs. Blair was a lifelong resident of Glensfork and a homemaker.
Interment will be in Haven Hill Cemetery, 1276 Liberty RD, Columbia, KY.
The family requests visitation after 4:00 p.m., on Thursday, April 16, 2004, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY.
