Recipient of Sacrifice Medal (posthumous)

Ricky was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. He served with A Company 3rd Battalion Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry. He had many activies that he enjoyed - playing cards (esp cribbage), baseball, watching action movies, and playing soccer.

He died in Afghanistan in 2002 along with 3 members of his unit during friendly fire.
