Zachary Neal, 24 years old, from Fulton, MI. passed away on Monday, July 30, 2012 at 5:40pm.
Investigators said Lisa Evans, 42, of Vicksburg, was driving her 2004 Dodge pickup truck south on 36th Street at about 5:40 p.m. and failed to stop at the intersection of W Avenue, striking Neal's westbound tractor-semitrailer. After the collision, Neal was pinned inside his semi truck, which caught fire. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Ms. Evans also passed away from her injuries the following day, July 31, 2012.

He has been described as an old country boy down to his core who loved country music, his boat, and trucks - and the bigger and louder the trucks were the better as far as he was concerned. Zack was a John Deere man all the way who loved watching and participating in truck pulling. When it came to his favorite foods Zack loved anything with garlic and looked forward to the Christmas season when he could enjoy venison and ham rolls. When eating out he was usually on the lookout for a dive of some kind where he could enjoy a cheap, greasy burger. As his friends and family can attest, another interest of Zack's was women, and it has been said that he was quite the ladies' man.
