Fouch (born in Penn.) and Maary M. Fouch was a farmer. Died May 29, 1915 of nephritis (Brights) Myocarditis, attended by Dr. J. Lea Taylor. Burial was in Monroe on May 31, 1915. Undertaker was J.R. Crumpacker of Monroe. Informant was John Fouch of Monroe.
