Local Woman Missing....
Sandy Flynn Fisher, a thirty two year old Russell Springs woman, has been reported missing and persons who may have information concerning her whereabouts are asked to report to officials.
Sandy was last seen Thursday night at the Russell Co Fair. It is reported she had left her children with a friend and when she did not return a search was initiated. Her car was found parked at the fairgrounds apparently where she had originally arrived at the fair. Her purse, billfold and all identification were found locked in the trunk of her car.
Note: She was the mother of two children and the case was never solved.

Victim: Sandra Flynn Fisher of Russell County, KY.
Location: Sandra Flynn Fisher, 31 years old, of Russell Springs was reported missing in 1978. She was last seen alive on August 3, 1978 at the Russell County Fair at approximately 2200 hours. She has not been seen since that night. Foul play is suspected.
Detectives are requesting help from the community or anyone who might have information on the Missing Person of Sandra Flynn Fisher. Anyone with information can contact the case officer Detective Sergeant Bradley Stotts with the Kentucky State Police Post 15 Columbia, Kentucky at (270) 384-4796 or e-mail him at Detective Sergeant Bradley Stotts.
