Born in Jonesboro, she was a lifelong resident of Brookland, attended Brookland High School and attended Woods Chapel Baptist Church in Brookland.
Survivors include two sons, Brandon Burchfield and Hunter Smullins, both of the home; her father, Jerry Wayne Smith of Brookland; her stepfather and mother, Jerry and Joann Combs Johnson of Brookland; two brothers, Blake Johnson and Hunter Johnson, both of Brookland; three sisters, Jennifer Hudson of Brookland, Karen Shaw of Walcott and Melissa Darr of Pocahontas; and her grandparents, E.B. Combs, Pauline Baxter and J.D. Smith, all of Jonesboro.
