1972 - Mrs. Rosa A. DeLong, 92, of 925 Virginia St., Allentown, died Friday in the Central Park Nursing Home, Allentown. She was the widow of Walter G. DeLong. Born in Longswamp(sic Twp.), Berks County, she was a daughter of the late William and Mary (Fetzer) Shoemaker. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Allentown. Surviving are two sons, William E. and Clarence C. DeLong, and two daughters, Mrs. Mary Frey and Mrs. Sadie Stover, all of Allentown; a sister, Alice Raybold, of Reading; 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Burkholder Funeral Home, 1601 Hamilton St., Allentown.
